As an HR Officer, you will have a multifaceted role in our Finance & HR department. Together with our Finance & HR manager, you form a tandem in HR. You are the point of contact for our +/- 50 employees in Gullegem regarding broad HR topics such as onboarding, benefits, performance review, training opportunities, retention, etc.

  • You help build the Sidem team of the future and are responsible for the process from search to hiring. This ranges from resume screening, to interview set-up and completion through contract and hiring interviews.
  • You will help with the planning of interim workers and ensure that the right person can work in the right place. In doing so, you will be the first point of contact for our recruitment partners and schools.
  • You ensure a warm welcome for new colleagues and also take care of the necessary administration for a smooth start-up.
  • Your colleagues can come to you with questions about HR, you are their first point of contact.
  • Together with our marketing department you work on our employer branding.
  • You work proactively to maintain and optimize the quality of our HR services.
  • You propose internal and external training plans, working closely with department heads to identify needs and develop these independently.
  • You are the driving force in all events for employees, including team building, staff party, etc.
  • Finally, you are backup for payroll and keep track of the performance of interim offices.
    In short, a very varied position where your focus is on soft-HR.

– You have a ‘bachelor level of work and thinking’ and can present a successful track record within all-round HR functions.

– You are a fluent communicator, speak and write fluent Dutch and speak also very good English.

– You have a passion for medium-sized companies with a very personal approach.

– You can work independently, take initiative, set the right priorities for the company together with management and communicate clearly and efficiently.
