Finance Specialist

As a Finance Specialist, you are responsible for accurately processing financial transactions and preparing precise reports. You support management with relevant analyses and ensure that our financial processes comply with applicable laws and regulations. Together with your colleagues in Finance, you contribute to an efficient and transparent administration that evolves with our growth.

• Record incoming and outgoing documents related to goods and services, ensuring consistency with contracts and offers
• Register financial transactions: sales, payments, inventory, depreciation, provisions, etc.
• Prepare financial and accounting documents and reports for internal and external use
• Verify financial data recorded by other departments, ensuring correct allocation to accounts and cost centers
• Monitor and reconcile accounting accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax legislation
• Prepare and submit tax and informational declarations
• Perform monthly accounting closings and assist in preparing annual statements
• Provide specific reports for institutions such as the National Bank and the National Institute of Statistics
• Participate in the audit process
• Coordinate the inventory process

• Higher education in economics, preferably with a specialization in accounting and management informatics
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a production environment
• Solid knowledge of accounting, tax legislation, and monthly closing procedures
• Experience in preparing tax returns and informative declarations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
