Sidem, the European specialist in steering and suspension parts, has launched its new customer portal. With this platform, the company addresses the need from customers to be able to request information on a 24/7 basis.

The portal will enable customers to trace back order documents, to consult backorder lists, to view invoices, to request stock availability for their parts needed and to download promotion materials.
